Arthur Griffith is the Founder and Managing Broker of RX Syndicate. With a 20+ year career in Net Lease, focusing on the drugstore space - Arthur has personally sold over $3 Billion dollars in product. Arthur began his career in real estate as an commercial appraiser, then apartment and hotel broker in San Francisco, he's also a residential and commercial property owner, with a long track record in value investing for growth and income....this includes an emphasis on syndications for personal investment and private equity. In his spare time, Arthur is an avid outdoorsman. He splits time between San Francisco, Santa Cruz and Bend, OR with his wife and young daughter in tow. Arthur loves the real estate business and is always happy to make time to talk drugstores.
